On August 12th, the WMCO continued to facilitate discussions regarding the elevated prices with supply chains as well as constrained logistics channels. Recently on July 7th, the WMCO hosted a Virtual Case Study/Plant Focus Tour of Tri-Coat Wood Finishing. The event featured a look into how owner Andrew Bauman successfully implemented a significant process improvement, boosted productivity, and optimized labor utilizing a methodology termed QRM.
