On Wednesday April 12, the 10 WMCO member company participants in the WMCO Project: Optimization of Information and Material flow Opportunities in the Ontario Value-Added Wood Manufacturing Cluster: Industry 4.0 met at Archmill House for the end of project status review. On March 29, 2023, WMCO sponsored the event “Applying Lean in the Office – Using Value Stream Mapping” led by Sheri Phillips of Lean Advisors, at the EDC facility in Kitchener, Ontario.
