The list of essential businesses has just been updated. In their press release, the Ontario Government noted a hotline to call if you have questions.
Business-owners with questions concerning their essential business status are encouraged to call the Stop the Spread hotline:

The hotline is available from
8:30 a.m.― 9:00 p.m. Monday to Friday
8:30 a.m.— 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
