The Province of Ontario’s restrictions are being lifted, and the long awaited in-person events are coming back. This time, the WMCO delivered it’s Lean Road Map Training with Quantum Lean Managing Partner, Brad Cairns on March 3rd, 2022 at Earthscape Play in Wallenstein ON.
Taking the reins solo this time around, Cairns led a group of 25 learners in person, and additional learners tuning in for live online and interactive training.
Earthscape Play, a leading manufacturer for award winning design large structure play grounds hosted the training event at their shop facility… with a near full scale Tyrannosaurus Rex play structure watching over the class just outside.
For each successive event the WMCO is hosting, the capabilities of our delivery are getting stronger and providing a quality experience for those who are tuning in remotely.
For the in-person attendees and trainer – they were able to see and communicate with the online individuals via a large projector screen, live chat feed or through sound.
WMCO Lean Road Map Training delivers the building blocks of why lean is an adopted practice for high performing companies around the world. The training provides practical knowledge and interactive group activities during the day’s event to prove how it saves companies time and money.
