WMCO’s Spray Finishing Training at Conestoga College had a fantastic turnout! The CEO of WMCO, Mike Baker, stopped by to give a brief introduction and an update on our upcoming events.
Leading the program for the Spray Finishing Training was David Blackler, a professor and finishing technologist at Conestoga College.
The day-long training event focused on using a state-of-the-art spray simulator, focusing on HVLP spray equipment, airless systems, and typical spray materials like spray, wipe, water-based, solvent-based, sealer, topcoats, and pigmented lacquer.
Participants learned about quality assurance, process control, virtual spray system training, and spray gun adjustments.
Members improved skills and knowledge to enhance their businesses. After training, participants received a virtual system score to identify cost-saving potential.
